Ice Cream Snow...

Yum.  Yum.  Ice cream snow. I had never even heard of it until Grandma Marla mentioned it, in her reminiscing of fun snow times.  She gave me the ingredients to this wonderful snow treat.  Snow, milk (or half and half), sugar, and vanilla.  Easy!
