New Home...Still "Sweet"

Well, we have settled in to our new home.  Boxes are emptied, garage is organized, pictures on the wall....it feels like home. What a blessing to have more (indoor) room for our active family. The boys' favorite thing are the "stairs".  Since, Grant works from a home office, it has worked out so much better.

A perfect quiet spot for reading...

We have been able to enjoy the nearby bike path (and I mean, right next to our fence) that is perfect for giving Sadie walks and allowing the boys to ride their bikes.  There is even a nice footbridge that goes right over the 5 freeway. How convienent to be minutes away from the mall! ;)

We are slowly getting to know and meeting our new neighbors and church family here. Their have been two neighbors already that we have enjoyed meeting. I look forward to being involved in the weekly women's Bible study and a homeschooling group that meets at the church as well.  The boys have made a couple of friends and seem to enjoy their new Sunday school classes. (Even Isaac, who was a little shy at first.)

Grant and I are excited about all the Lord has planned for us this new season of life.

"As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the LORD is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him."  Psalm 18:30

Congrats on more space, I'm sure that makes more sanity as well :)

I'm eye-balling your quiet time chair and the bench at your kitchen table :)

Love you friend!
